Effective for orders placed with MOTODRIVE SUPPLY LLC. United States shipping only. Currency: USD.

Shipping

We fulfill orders from Grand Rapids, Michigan to street addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

• Free ground shipping on qualifying orders of $99 or more (merchandise subtotal before tax) to contiguous US addresses.
• Orders under $99 include a flat ground shipping charge displayed in cart and checkout (typically $8.99).
• In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by destination state.
• Oversized items (certain exhaust systems, wheels, or body panels) may require freight surcharges - we will contact you before charging additional fees.
• Alaska and Hawaii orders may incur adjusted shipping rates; confirm at checkout or call (574) 341-1472.

Order tracking

When your package ships, we email tracking information to the address provided at checkout. For help locating a shipment, contact us with your order number.

Returns

We want you to receive the correct part the first time. If something is not right, unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method (less outbound shipping, unless the return is due to our error).

• Include your order number and reason for return.
• Customer-paid return shipping applies unless we sent the wrong or defective item.
• Opened fluids, chemicals, electrical parts installed on a vehicle, and special-order items are generally non-returnable.
• Parts that have been installed, modified, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Inspect packages on arrival. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days by calling (574) 341-1472 or using our contact form with photos when possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Fitment responsibility

Product pages include fitment guidance, but final compatibility is the buyer's responsibility. When in doubt, verify with your VIN or bike model details before purchase - our team is happy to help.
